About Alex Ashtiany

I’ve been training clients for over 15 years — athletes, professionals, and parents — helping them move better, get stronger, and build confidence that lasts outside the gym.

I hold certifications from the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI), as well as in Nutrition Coaching and Kettlebell Training.

Why I Coach

I started training because I was tired of watching people waste time chasing quick fixes. I wanted to prove that discipline and consistency beat every shortcut in the book.

Over the last 15 years, I’ve trained athletes, parents, and professionals—people with busy lives who refused to settle for average. My mission is to help you move pain-free, build muscle, and perform at a level you didn’t think was possible.

Strength isn’t just physical. It’s mental. It’s how you carry yourself. What I teach inside the gym is meant to change how you show up outside it.

My approach is simple: no gimmicks, no shortcuts, no wasted time. Every program is built on principles of strength, movement efficiency, and consistency. My goal isn’t just to make you stronger — it’s to teach you how to be self-reliant, confident, and disciplined for life.

Background

I started with pure strength—barbell basics—then expanded into hybrid conditioning. I test the protocols I prescribe: meets, races, and events. The result is programming that’s efficient, proven, and built for busy schedules.

I coach clients to move pain-free, build muscle, drop fat, and perform. We keep what works. We cut what doesn’t. No fluff.
